Updated Kr Security for NA v221

I'll remove it if he asks me too, but i had to contact draco for it. Running better than it has since the last kr to na version !


The reason people should use this is to prevent random crashing (the ones unrelated to ending the error reporting service on windows10) - and it simply loads and plays noticeably faster!
