Description

Astrologers are trained to divine the workings of fate through several means, including the use of tarot cards to foresee the best course of action in battle. Through the drawing of cards, they determine how to use their abilities to the maximum effect to claim victory, as well as the most advantageous skill for a specific moment. Guided by Battle Astrology's focus on bending fate to one's advantage, the aptly named 'Hand of Destiny' involves selecting and arranging a hand of cards tailored to one's own preferences and propensities in battle.

Details

• Hand of Destiny allows the user to select Tarot cards to customize their playstyle.
• Up to 5 cards can be equipped at rank 1.
  • The selection of cards can only be changed in the Stellar Citadel.
• Requires an orb to use the effects of the cards, and to see the new UI after selection.
• Each Battle Astrology skill used increases the Draw Count number. Once the Draw Count reaches its maximum, the user is able to activate the card shown using the next cast of their skill.
  • The skill must match the Aspect of the card. This can be customized using Celestial Conjunction.
    • By default, without any customization:
      • Offensive Aspect: Astral Reave, Nova Blast, Stellar Surge, Meridian Sweep.
      • Support Aspect: Starlight Veil, Gravity Well.
      • Control Aspect: Orbital Pulse.
      • Fortune Aspect: Fate Foretold.
  • The skill can be used regardless of cooldown.
    • Fate Foretold, however, can only be used if all cards from the line up have been activated at least once, and must be recharged after each cast of the skill. Therefore, solely relying on this skill to activate a card is not possible.
• After activating a card, the Draw Count resets and the next card in line can be activated after enough skills are used.
• Once all the cards are activated, the line up starts again from the first card.
• Card Synergies can be passively activated depending on the Aspect and number of cards. All synergies activated stack, even the ones from the same category:
  • 2 Offensive Aspect Cards: Magic Attack +50.
  • 5 Offensive Aspect Cards: Magic Attack +150.
  • 2 Support Aspect Cards: Movement Speed +2%.
  • 5 Support Aspect Cards: Movement Speed +5%.
  • 2 Control Aspect Cards: Control Cards effect duration +30%.
  • 5 Control Aspect Cards: Control Cards effect duration +100%.
  • 2 Fortune Aspect Cards: Draw Count -1.
• Note: Duplicate cards in the line up will not count for the synergy.
